Chapter One
I
layed on my bed staring at my ceiling.
So many thoughts were going through my had.
My parents were fighting again.
I can hear the pain in my moms voice.
I ran out of my room.
"STOP! You're not only hurting each other, you're
hurting me."
I ran out my door running down the street.
I started at my new school tomorrow.
I wasn't ready at all.
I ran around the city.
I finally made my way back home.
My parents looked at me as I walked in.
"Where have you been?" My dad barked at me.
"We've been worried honey! Don't do that
again!" My mom ssaid sweetly.
"I was running." I said as I walked to my room.
I layed down and my phone went off across the room.
I got up and looked at it.
I didn't know that number.
I opened it.
