Chapter Eighteen

Addison

"You're mom's okay with this?" Troy asked me.
He walked across my room and sat on my bed. I stayed standing.
"Yeah, it's alright. Beside, my brother brings home girls all the time... she's not very proud of him, but that doesn't stop him."
"You're brother doesn't seem like that kind of guy"
I laughed, "I hear that a lot." 
Troy looked to the ground, unsure of what to say next
"So." I tried to continue the conversation
"So," He repeated
"I don't really know what, to say now." I said honestly, Troy laughed.
"You're cute Addison." I felt my face turn bright red, "You're blushing," He grinned.
"Yeah, I know..." 
Troy stood up and walked slowly toward me, his tall body stood in front of me.
He looked down right into my eyes and stayed like that for a moment.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me so I stood on my tip toes,
We were there, again. His face right next to mine and our lips seconds from meeting.
And again.
Thats as close as we got.
My door flew open, Anthony standing there in his sweatpants 
"Oh, Sorry Addie. Um, I didn't know you were home."
"You never do Anthony. Get out, now."
"I need something." His voice was stern
"You always do. I'm not letting another girl borrow my clothes. Goodbye." I started closing the door, but he put his foot in the way. "Who is it this time Anthony?" I asked him
His response was "It doesn't matter."
"What, she came her without clothes on?" I said harshly
"There was beer spilt on her at the party. Okay?"
I glared at him until he told me who the girl waiting in his room was. "Addie, it wasn't my idea. I, It-"
"Who." I cut him off, getting nervous.
He sighed, "Jenna."
