I cut too. You aren't alone. I promise. I've been through it too. I'm about 2 months clean. Confide in a friend that you know you can trust. Please. If I can do it I know you can. And no, you aret insane. You just need an outlet to express yourself... Try painting or drawing, running or walking, or try a sport. Another good tip is get some rubber bands and flick your wrist when you want to cut. And remeber you are beautiful. I don't know you but society is cruel... Don't listen to it. And I'm ALWAYS here to listen. ALWAYS. Be you and don't feel alone. Google the butterfly project. It helped me. My best friends did it all te time on my legs and wrists to make me want to stop- it worked. :) good luck

I was really nervous about telling my best friend.. I understand how awful it is.. She saw them at a dance on my leg... The scars stay and she saw them and talks to me about it later, itll come around and you're not alone. I promise. A couple of my friends cut too and it's awful because I can't make them stop because they bring up the argument that I cut too.. And no problem! I'll always try to help! What is witty for? :)
