so today my friend said she was trying to quit
cutting.
i dont know what to do.
i dont want her to get hurt.
she told me her story and i learned so much that i had know about
her.
i need your help
. she told me not to tell anyone, but i need advice. should i
tell my school counsler? teacher? parent? what should i
do?

She's trying to quit. That's a good thing. Have you heard of the butterfly project? Look it up. Do it with her. If she's really not comfortable telling anyone right now, and shes working to get it better, wait a little bit. If it gets worse, tell a counsler first.
