It's incredible the
power
1 person can have on your
life.
That single person can break or make your day by showing a
simple gesture, a smile, or a text or a call. Whatever they do
or don't do affects your day. It's so weird how one
dhort text with the word "Hey" cane lighten up your
entire afternoon!
Nevertheless though, this power scares the crap out of me;
knowing that someone who can control my happiness in such a way
exists. It's a scary thought. The ironic thing is, they
don't even know that they hold this power.
They have no idea we sit anxiously waiting for them to text,
wondering whether they they think about us as much as we think
about them.
It worries me. Putting everything you have in the hands of
someone who doesn't even know they have
it.
