Would you rather regret
something you did, or regret something you didn't do?
That questing lay ringing through my thoughts day and
night. Just wondering if I made the right choice killed me.
I felt like I was living in a book without pages, or a
world without air. There is that exact moment when the book
ends... even in the unwritten pages. And where the person
who needs air the most, takes their one last breath. There
is not a thing someone else to do once that last breath is taken,
and that last page is turned. It simply just ends.
Love. Love takes us on an amazing
journey. It gives us a feeling of being safe, secure..it
gives people hope. It comes in our lives and leaves.
Sure, it is hard. But it is something we have to
accept. There is many different types of love. Like
love for your family. Something pure and long lasting. Or
love for an animal- only here in our lives for a short period of
time, but make some moments unforgettable. Or another
person. Your soul mate. Someone who will take you in
when it seems the rest of the world isn't there for you at
all. Someone who will say "I love you" only a few
times a month, because he says saying it too mcuh will make it
not mean as much. He makes the world seem like a better and
brighter place. He would come over to just watch a disney
movie with you. He is your shoulder to lean on.
Someone who will cherish every moment like its your last,
take you somewhere to watch the sunset, and lay there with you
under the stars. Someone who will be there for you thick
and thin.
And I know one thing.
That person is you.
