♦PERFECTLY DEAF ♦

Chapter two

Alexis

       While I was on my way to Roxanne's I started to cry. That was my mistake. My sight was blury and I didn't relize I crossed over to the other lane. I also didn't see the truck coming straight towards me. I didn't realize the truck was Ethan's.

  Roxanne

    I waited for 15 minutes and she wasnt there so I got my keys and was about to get in my car  when I saw Alexis's car. "Lexi!!" I screamed. My mom came out to see what was wrong and I collasped onto the ground. As silent tears streamed down my face. My mom ran inside and came out with a phone. "I'm at 356 Washington street theres been a crash one of the them is Alexis Cook 17. The other is Ethan Witt also 17." after a short pause she hung up. She put down the phone and sat down next to me. She gave me a hug. "Go inside Roxanne." I shook my head "No. I told her I'll be by her side till the end. I'm not moving." We sat in silence a few moments untill we heard the sirens. They slowly pulled Lexi and Ethan from the cars. When I saw Lexi I started to cry again I got up and walked over to the doctors. "Are they alive?" They looked at me and nodded. I relaxed slightly well untill I saw Lexis head was bleeding. I looked at Ethan his arm was limp and his neck looked broken. At least there together. I looked at the doctors "Can I go with you?" I looked at the ground and licked my lips "Of course." I slowly climbed into the back of the ambulance. They pushed in Ethan and Alexis. They both started to wake up. Alexis reach her hand out and Ethan took it. "I love you Ethan." Alexis barley said. "I love you too" He mouthed. 

Slowly Alexis opened her eyes and when she registerd she started to panic. Aventually she screamed for Ethan. Then all the doctors rushed in. She looked at everything that was going on slowly asked "Is Ethan okay is he alive is he okay?" They didnt answer so she shoot up in her bed "TELL ME NOW!" she demaned."We can't tell you just yet." The doctors said in the calmest vocie I ever heard and pushed her back down. "LET ME SEE HIM!" They got up and walked away and she rolled over crying. She looked at me "Is he okay??" I nodded the truth she couldnt hear would refuse to hear. It turns out Ethan is going to die not from the crash but from cancer. 

Ethan

   Cancer? No I don't have cancer. "How far along is it?" I asked the doctor who was walking out the  door "3 months." He said and walked out. I can still make it. I can they said I might.  I got up seeing as I only broke my arm and I already changed back to clothes. I walked over where Alexis was and sat down on her bed she turned her head. 'Are you okay?' I wrote on a pecice of paper. She touched her head and back then she touched my heart."How sick are you?" She asked I sighed '3 months along who told you?' she shook her head "No one." She slowly sat up and i saw her blonde hair was stained red. 'Lets go for a walk.' I wrote but she shook her head "Ethan I-I.."

Hey sorry if i confused anyone. She didnt hear her mom last chapter she just read her lips.
