I'm starting the Skinny Girl Diet tomorrow. I will be tracking my results on here only because I have no where else to and it is best to track everything you eat. My sister is going to e my motivator. I have no one else. But, I'm desperate to lose all of the extra weight. I know no one will care about my results or anything, but it's nice to just feel like someone is reading them and thinking that I'm not doing too bad. I'm nervous to star, and excited at the same time. Wish me luck!



****Rules of the Skinny Girl Diet****
-Only consume the given number of calories
-At least 30 minutes of exercise a day
-All fruits and veggies counts as 0 calories no matter how much you eat of them
-Any extra calories eaten must be burned off in cardio workouts.

have fun :) I found this website called mapmyfitness.com and you can keep track of all your workouts and what you eat and it has a calorie "budget" thing per day. like how many calories you can eat that won't gain you any extra weight. it basis it off you height weight and age I think.
