 I'm afraid I'm becoming anerexic.
I keep track of how many calories I take in throughout the day and try to burn them off during my workout. I've been obsessing over it and I've only been eating 1 or 2 very small meals a day. The scary part is that I can see it happening to me but I can't stop.
I know what this path leads to and I don't want to go down it but I'm so unhappy with my body that I've made myself want it.

Hun, eat 3 meals a day just make them healthy.. Eating 3 meals a day will help ur metabolism and end up helping u lose weight this will be a slower process but its healthier, force yourself to eat food

You're beautiful just the way you are, girl. The best thing for you to do is to talk to someone you can trust; someone that will help you to get more help and will understand where you're coming from. I'm here if you ever need to talk it out. Being healthy is very important, but starving yourself is not the way to go about it and I think you realize that. Eat healthy and excerise safely and keep being your beautiful smiling self(: Being happy with your body is something very difficult but with a right attitude and safety in mind, you can do it! (:
