I feel you're pain. Guys cause so much pain and you feel like you're at your breaking point. But what you have to do is say is the knife/razor/sharp object ? Are those really worth all the pain ? But sometimes people give up, But I've known you for a while now. You are strong. Don't worry.

ive been cuut free for exactly 3 months and 2 days. stay strong, its not easy but you can do it

one relapse won't ruin everything, just keep doing what you've been doing. don't let one mistake let you think that you're not getting better. I've been cut free for a year. you can do it too.
