My eyes opened to the sound of Eli arguring with someone on my phone. I first noticed his fustration and anger that held into his charcole hair and lime eyes. You could tell he had just gotten out of the shower because his hair was wet and he had no shirt on. The outline of his Abs were glaring from the morning sun that came through.
 

He wore grey under aumor shorts and he was barefoot.

I listened as he spoke,"I swear if you don't stop, I'm going to find you. She doesn't need you anymore. She has me. I've treated her better than you ever would and I'm in love with her."

I sat up from his satin blue bedspread as he glanced over at me. He held the phone to his side and came over to me,"Did I wake you up beautiful?" He could tell I was still tired and he spoke a second time,"I'll go make you breakfeast." His lips touched mine and was out of the room in an instant still on the phone.

I streched my legs out and layed back in his bed. The room was light brown and he had wooden furniture along with a navy blue bedspread and a flat screen tv that was pinned against the wall.

I reached on one of the side tables and grabbed the remote. Slowly, I switched through the various of channels until I came upon the morning news. The sun was getting degrees over negative three and economy was rising, the usual. I flipped a few more channels and found cartoons.

Tom & Jerry kept me busy until I craved my coffe. My lean tan legs stood up and I walked down the stairs. I wore his sweat pants and a t-shirt of his. Both too large for my body.

I sat at the bar in the kitchen where my pancakes lay perfecly on a plate and my coffe in a mug. I ate slowly and drank my coffe. Eli had stepped outside, still on the phone. I finished one pancake and decided to find him.

Outside, he sat on a love seat swing and constantly argued with the other line.

"Eli?" I spoke as I sat beside him,"Give me the phone."

He looked at me and nodded no.

"Who is it?" I questioned.

"Jake."
