I know I don’t know what you’re going through, but trust me you could get through it, I know it’s hard to stop self-harming, it’s hard to stop throwing up to get the ‘perfect’ body you see on your dashboard, I know it’s hard to ignore your thoughts, I know it’s hard to ignore those bullies / anon.. but starving yourself and hurting yourself is only going to let them win..THAT CAN’T HAPPEN! They want to see you weak, just cause you’re stronger then them, and no i’m not just saying that, but it’s the truth, You’re fighting a battle to survive and that counts a lot, you’re showing them that you’re alive and you CAN make it.. I know it’s hard to stop, it’s tempting and it could be the BESTTTT feeling in the world at the moment, but the feeling is only temporary, you know what’s not temp? the feeling of being proud of yourself, that you could achieve something, an addiction is an addiction and it’s very difficult to stop, but honestly I believe in you , i care,  I love you ; I may not know you but i do love / care and believe in you guys; you’re all perfect and beautiful! Now when someone is trying to bring you down just say ‘EFF OFF!’ and show them you’re smiling and not caring about what they say, cause at the end of the day THEY don’t matter, YOU DO!
