I don't mean to be rude, but I don't like how this story is so straight-forward and simple. You never want to start a story off with, "Hi, I'm blah blah blah and I have black hair, blue eyes, and tan skin." You probably should've made the prologue a little longer and spiced it up with some foreshadowing and deeper information about your two main characters. Your author's note is what drew me in. I'd like to be notified.
