Happy never after...

An original story written by Autumn.



"Allissa!" my mom's obviously angered voice booms up the stairs. "ALLISSA!" she screams again. "Coming!" I yell to the best of my ability. "HURRY UP!" she has no patience. I trip down the steps, and into the kitchen. I stare at the floor. "Look at me." she demands, her voice tense. I look up slowly, as her hand pounds against my cheek. I go to help myself soothe the pain, but she slaps my hand. "YOU WORTHLESS CHILD! I TOLD YOU TO CLEAN THIS HOUSE TODAY AND LOOK AT IT!" she boomed. "but ma'am-" "No buts!" she interupted me. "Go pack your things." she handed me two old suitcases. "What?" I stammered. "Go fit as much of your worthless crap into those two suitcases, you have 10 minutes then we're leaving" she turned around and went into the living room. I drug the two suitcases into my room and flopped them on my bed. I heard my two sisters giggling. I folded up my baby blanket, and carefully set it in. Following it; a small pillow my grandmother made me before she died, the old beat up softball me and my dad used to throw around for hours upon hours, just as I went to close my first suit case I saw the old bear my dad got me when I was little sitting on the floor. I set it gently in the suitcase, and clsoed it. In the other one I packed as many of my clothes as I could. "GET DOWN HERE ALLISSA WE'RE LEAVING!" my two sisters rushed down the stairs and I followed slowly. "You two go up there, Allissa come on" they dissapointedly slumped up the stairs. My mother grabbed my wrists drug me out of the house and flopped my limp body into the back of the car throwing my heavy suit cases on top of me. She started the old, creaky car and with that we pulled out of the driveway and drove away.



Authors note;

Not a lot of detail yet, I know. I didn't describe the house because that's the only time she'll be there in the story so it really doesn't matter. I'll post more later.
