are you dumb...like just saying it triggers, "Hey, my body needs food so I can live, so not eating will make me die right?" like seriously if you want to lose weight you need to eat healthy and exercise not eating will have the opposite effect I know my cousin was anorexic.

It definitely could. You obviously don't realize what the consequences to your actions could be. Starving yourself CAN kill you. It becomes a sickness rather than a decision, you slowly lose control of yourself and put yourself in harms way. Your brain keeps telling you that you need to lose more weight, even if you're already toothpick thin. It CAN kill you and HAS killed people. It happened to a friend of mine, I don't want it to happen to you.
