I started a diet 3 months ago and I've lost 21 pounds so far. I usually do jumping jacks, sit ups, and jog after I eat (I usually do 2 out of the 3) Also, I drink lots of water and fat free milk. Don't drink any soda or eat fast food. I eat more grains and dairy products. I've also been watching my calories so I don't go over my limit (which is between 1500-2000 for an average teen) Drink water when you're hungry so you eat less. and I exercise after every meal every day
