I know it obviously isn't going to help with the difficulty, but you can't bottle everything up, just because it'll have no consequences.

Yeah. But when I did that when he gave me bad news, he said to me, "It's not gonna help anything. I can't afford it". My parents are separated so My dad cannot pay so much money.

Perhaps sometimes somebody needs a good cry. As long as you don't wallow in the sorrow forever, I think it's alright.
