im
running. again.
what is with this running? i think to myself.
then i realize, its my dream. my
nightmare.
sh.t i think. why does this keep happening to me
then i notice something different. i feel like ive been running
longer then i should. i can tell what ever is chacing me this time
will get me. im dead. i AM dead. i think. i remember the
fall and the blood.
i hear the monster or what ever it is getting closer. this is
it. i think. it grabs my shoulder and again i screem with what
little breath i have left. i turn around.
finally i think. i see its face for the first time
but then i screem even louder. the face wasnt what i thought it
would be.
i see the eyes. my eyes.
i wake up with a start. my vision is blurry, but i can tell im not
at my house. soon my vision comes into focus. im in the hospitail.
there is a ringing in my ears and i can bearly catch my breath.
im not dead i think
the curtan is closed around me and there are get well cards all
over. then i notice my best friend roberto at the end of the bed.
he is sleeping. i look at the clock. its 1 in the morning.
should i wake him up i think
i nudge him with my foot. he moans. i do it again harder. he wakes
up head wheeling
"what? what? cant you see im sleeping here?" he says to
no one in preticulare. he sees me.
"ALLIE!" he screams "you- youre awake. the doctors
they- they thought you wouldnt come out. but youre back!"
"what? what do you mean 'thought you wouldnt come
out'? what day is it roberto" all i remember is falling
out of a chair. thats all." i said
"allison its saturday."
"soo?"
"youve been in a comma for 3 weeks. and the doctors dont know
why. the hit in your head wasnt hard enough to put you out longer
then 10 mins. every one though you were going to die. you had a
temperature of 105 F. and it just broke yesterday down to 100
F." roberto said
"you mean."
"allison with a temperature like that, people dont live long,
or if they do something bad happens to them." he says
"but im ok! im back!" i say
"i should call the nurse and tell them your back. your family
is in the cafateria." he says
"how long have youve been with me?" i ask
"i never left allison, i couldnt stand the feeling of if you
died i wouldnt be there with you by your side. or the oppisite...if
you woke up." he says and presses the botton
hey i know this chapter is long but
thanks for reading. and just to tell you the brother Zach hes
suppost to be 18 not 19 so if you see a change in that anytime soon
i forgot how old he was. thanks again
