The rules are...
When you feel like you have to cut, take a marker,
sharpie, or pen and draw a butterfly whereever you cut,
Name the butterfly after someone you love, or somebody who
wants you to get better.
You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO SCRUBBING
OFF.
If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you've killed it.
If not, it's still alive.
If you have more than one of them, cutting kills all of
them.
Another person might draw one on you, these are extra special.
Take good care of them.
Even if you don't cut, feel free to draw one on yourself,
just to show support. Tell people you know about this. You
never know, it might save a life.
