Heyy just checking up on ya:) how has the journey of you loosing weight been?

First things first you are beautiful just the way that you are. But I can understand your want of wanting a healthier lifestyle. If you would like follow my page and I will support you on your journey of loosing the wieght. Most importantly don't think of loosing weight to get thin or skinny because it will not work. But, instead think of it as having a healthier lifestyle which will motivate you more. Let the size of clothes go and think about your confidnence. I've never really had the experiance of trying to loose weight, but I don't like seeing people down. I am very athletic and that is what helps me stay fit. Try finding a sport. Another tip is to NEVER STARVE yourself. For one starving yourself is dangerous and secondly it won't help with loosing the weight. The body needs nutrition from the foods you eat. Try substituting quick snacks like chips, debbi cakes, cookies, etc. For foods like fruit, pretzels, granola bars, etc. Find a healthy snack that is sweet but yet healthy. Also stay motivated if you loose your motivation than loosing the weight won't work. Another tip would be to maybe do small exercies when you get free time, whether it be 10 sit ups between commercials, or a light jog in the morning or after school.Remember that you can do it, and that it won't all happen at once, just stay at it. I don't mean to bore you to sleep, but if you need any advice or motivation just follow me and i will help. :)

it doesn't matter if your overweight or not! but if you want to loose weight you should try to eat more healthy foods. And there are a lot of foods that will help speed up your metabolism like water, green tea, soup, grapefruit, apples, pears, broccoli, yogurt, turkey, oatmeal, hot peppers... etc. Citrus fruits are also really good for loosing weight like lemons and oranges and it also helps to eat smaller portions. and instead of eating 3 big meals a day try to eat 5-6 smaller meals. It also helps to not eat after 8, because your body burns off the food faster when your awake. Also joining a sport or exercising every day will help. if you wanna excersise you can go on runs, or really long walks, or you can do a bunch of varieties of crunches and there is a ton of stuff to do!

yeahh same! and you should(: dont substitute water for meals though.. your body will become weak and stuff bbut if get the urge to eat everything in ur house try water first xD

Yes. I never puked myself but I starved to death. My good friend tried something like that and she had some issues because of starving. When I found the issues I was like"Okaaay. Im done with it."

what really helped me lose weight was the water thing(: i would eat when i wasnt even hungry at all.. i was actually thirsty but i mistook it as hunger i guess so i read somewhere that drinking water before u eat helps a ton bc u dont eat so much because ur full(:

ive also tried that.. i lost weight but eventually it comes back because u cant starve forever.. you'll give in. its a dumb thing to do :/ it made me insecure bc if i was eating i felt fat and if i wasnt i felt like people thought i was going anerexic o.O

I tried to starve myself a year ago. Stupid me and it was the most stupid thing I've ever done because you see people eating junk food and when you dont starve yourself you are like where is my chocolate :o

you can take walks each morning and go a little farther each day. eating right before you go to bed is horribleeee for ur body so try not to eat anything after dinner(: also with meals... eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, and a small dinner(: ur breakfast will keep you going all day and the calories will already be burnt off before bed. sleeping is also proven to be good for ur health and waking up early. so try to go to bed earlier. also water is great. if u think ur hungry sometimes, maybe ur just thirsty... so before eating try to drink alot of water and maybe you'll find you werent even hungry! personally ive think everyones beautiful no matter what. doont go all out and diet yourself and starve yourself.. it doesnt help at all it just hurts ur body.. just try to live a healthier lifestyle(:

What my friend is doing is posting goals around her room, for example bikini for the summer. short shorts. Stuff that she can look forward to when she loses weight. Its helping her out alot(:

Hii there! So, Idk how much this will help but try cutting out a lot of sugary foods and fast foods :) . I havea little bit of a belly and one of my friends told me to cut out sugary/fast foods, don't eat after 9 PM, excersize everyday for atleast 30 minutes and drink a lot of water:3 I did this once before and noticed a huge difference :D and also eat more fruites/veggies :)

I'm soooo with you. Its really hard. When dieting or exercising just dont over-do it because then it will be really easy to quit. Just do whats manageable :) Good luck

Beauty isn't defined by the size of your clothes,
it's all of what's inside that really counts.
Everybody is beautiful, but nobody is
able to see that, because sadly, they just judge right away. Start slow, like go out for a little jog, then you'll be getting in the habit of it. It'll become a regular routine, that one day, it'll be more of a fun thing for you to do instead of just thinking about it as excersise :) Do like pushups and stuff like that and that'll really help :)

There are lots of things you can do. Try not to snack much, and if you do need a snack eat some fruit. Its not the fat in food that actually makes you fat, its the sugar.
If there are any clubs at school like athletics or even a keep fit class, join them, even if they are not at your school.
Just some little changes in your fitness and diet.

If you really want to, just do a couple of exercises in the morning. Like start with 5 push ups and 10 jumping jacks. Then every week you can double it or something. You can do it :)
