so there's a guy i like. he's one year older than me. he said that he thinks i'm really pretty.i really want to go out with him. it seems like he likes me, he always stares at me in the hallways and smiles at me. and makes small talk . but his friends will make fun of him if he goes out with me because i'm one year younger. PLEASE HELP ! what should i do?

only1 year isn't much of a difference and it should not matter what his friends think if you two like each other
