Chapter 12
*Louis' POV*
I look down at Ashley's goregous, sleeping
face. I reach over and turn off the music so she can sleep
peacefully. I continue driving until I park in front of my house.
Oh wait, I think to myself, I'll bring her to her house and
let her sleep a few more seconds. I begin driving again and I
pull into Ashley's driveway. I turn off the truck, take
off my seatbelt, and I open the door. I slowly get out of
the truck leaving Ashley there. I quickly walk up to the front
door and knock, turning around every once in a while to make sure
Ashley is still sleeping. "Hello, Louis. Where's
Ashley?" shes says nervously. "Oh, she fell asleep on
the way home from the movie. Want me to carry her to her
bedroom?" I ask her. She nods and holds the door open for
me. I walk outside and I go to the truck. I wrap my arms around
her perfect body and I walk back towards the house. I look at her
face once I pass her mother, her eyes are cracked open a little
tiny bit. I slightly smile and I walk up the steps carefully. I
walk into Ashley's bedroom and set her down on the old, brown
rocking chair. I go through her drawers and find her a pair
of shorts and a t-shirt. I put them on her lap and I leave the
room and wait for her to get changed. I knock on the door about 5
minutes later. "Can I come in now?" I ask quietly.
"Yes," she gets under her red and white quilt. I sit on
the edge of her bed and I lean over and kiss her forehead. I hold
her hand, "Ashley," I look at her, smiling "I had
a lot of fun today.. I was hoping we could do it again soon. Or
at least hang out soon? Maybe tomorrow?" she nods. I kiss
her hand. I lean over once again and I kiss her passionately on
the lips. "Goodnight, love. Call me when you wake up,"
I kiss her forehead one last time as I stand up and turn off the
light. I wave goodbye, and I leave the room, slowly closing the
door behind me. I walk down the steps quietly. "Thank you,
Louis," her mother says. "No problem," I hug her
gently. Ashley's mother was like a second mother to me. She
was always there for me when my parents weren't.
