So, my 17th birthday is in 6 months..
and I'm starting to plan my party. But I'd like my Witty friends to help me out:) All I got for my 16th birthday was a hat, and I wanted to do something bigger for my 17th. Do you guys think I should make my party formal or casual? And if you guys have any other advice you'd like to give please feel free to comment. Thank you soo much :)
