for the first time... At first I felt better.
There was a wierd kind of peace. Then everything today was
chaotic. Now i just feel more confused...

dont cut urself! it doesnt help . dont worry everyhting will be ok . ask ur mom or dad for help .

Please please don't do it again. I don't cut myself, but I know people have said it's an addiction - it doesn't make things better. Just please - don't.
