You can't hide the pain that you've had in the past year
Someday your gonna let it out and down your cheek will fall a tear
Don't try to keep all your feelings and pain bottled up inside you
Talk to someone and maybe they will know what you can do
Let it all out and get rid of the anguse that lives deep within you
Get help so you can work out your problems and let things go
Forget about the past, what used to be, what you used to know
Begin a whole new life with new people and a new attitude
And then maybe you can show the people who helped you some gratitude
Move on with your life and help others who were juss like you
Cause then someday somehow they can do the same too
