Lovely Unlovely Reality Chapter 3
"I'm excited," Ivy
squeaks.
"Why?" I ask her.
"Because, I get to see someone I
like better than Luke," Ivy
says.
"Really?" Keelan asks.
"Yep, how about you Keelan?"
Ivy asks.
"Well, I'm going to see if
there's anyone else I like," She
says and smiles.
"I still wish you guys would've
let me wear my normal clothes," I
mutter.
"No, you look pretty," Ivy
smiles.
"You do all the time, you just look
different," Keelan says quickly.
"Um, okaaay, whatever you say,"
I mutter.
"You are pretty, even if you
don't believe it," Ivy says.
"Whatever makes you happy," I
sigh.
"Just drive Ivy, she's not going
to believe us until we prove it,"
Keelan sighs.
When we got to the baseball game they
were still warming up.
"Oh good, we aren't late like we
normally are," Keelan says.
"That's a miracle," I
say.
"Not funny," Ivy says.
"What?" Keelan and I ask at the
same time.
"I know you think it's because
of me," She says. I laugh,
"No Ivy, we all make each other
late, you because you never know what you
want to wear, Keelan because she never
knows whether to wear sneakers or some
other type of shoe, and me because
I'm just always difficult."
"You got that right," Keelan
mutters.
"Ok, that works," Ivy says
smiling at us.
"So you did decide to show up
then?" Kenna says walking up to
us.
"Obviously, or we wouldn't be
standing here," I say.
"You shouldn't be standing
here," Kenna says.
"Why? Do you feel threatened
kenna?" Ivy asks.
"Who would I be threatened by?"
Kenna asks.
"Hadley," Keelan says. Kenna
laughs.
"Why would I be threatened by
her?" She asks.
"Because, she might actually have a
better chance with Luke than you
do," Ivy snaps. Kenna stops.
"Right, like he'd ever
like her," She says. Then,
she turns around and walks away.
"Hate her," Keelan says.
"I cannot believe you just said I
had a better chance with Luke than
her," I say.
"Well, it's the truth," Ivy
says.
"No it's not," i say.
"Yes, it is, and the games
starting," Keelan tells us.
*So, how is it? Comments on how I did? :)
