hey guys..
a lot of people have been telling me to give
advice on how to have good skin, nails, and all that jazz.
my friends say that i should put it our there all the things i do
stay stay healthy and look healthy.
so i guess i will...
there are some major things that
have been know to help:
1- i drink soy milk
instead of whole milk. you can also drink the normal milk and
still add a cup or 2 of soy milk throughout your day and it does
wonders for your skin!!
2- i eat a
portion of nuts everyday: 1 brazillian nut, 1 cashew, 3 almonds, 4
pistachios(no shell!), and as many sunflower seeds that you
want.
3- some people
say being a vegetarian helps, but i'm not sure! i also am but i
wouldn't change that because protein is really
needed!
