Notes Chapter 6
Kaitlyn's
POV
"Im
so sorry" Kaiden repeated hugging me tight. "for
what" i said, starring at his shiny brown eyes. "For
everything you have gone through today" he whispered in my
ear. We starred at each other for almost five minutes. "So,
um, what were you saying before all this comotion?" i asked.
"huh?" i figured he would be confused.
Kaiden's POV
What did she mean? "you said you had to tell me
something, then Cody came out and kind of messed up
everything." Now i remembered. "oh yah that." i
said. Should i tell her how i feel now? Maybe its too
soon, i thought. after a few seconds i decided to tell her. I
knew that if i waited too long, she would be gone. "Kaitlyn.
For a long time ive liked you. I thought you were beautiful the
second i saw you. It was three months before that night at the
park. Jake and Abby were going out so me and Matt went with him to
Friday Night Skate (a place to
skate or dance and hang out with friends) You probably dont
remember me being there cause i didnt really talk much. But
everytime i saw you i smiled a little bit more. I asked Jake about
you but he didnt know much except for your name and that you and
Abby were close friends. So i had to do a little research." we
laughed at how that might of sounded. "i found out alot about
you. Your favorite color, green, your favorite sport, basketball,
your favorite sport teams, Miami Heat, Miami Hurricanes, and Miami
Dolphins, and alot more. We have alot in common you know? So anyway
i sort of started to like like you.Your beautiful eyes and smile.
Your silly laugh. Everything about you is wonderful. But what i
like most, is that your: sensitive but strong, funny but serious,
smart but fun to be around, beautiful but not afraid to show who
you really are. You dont care what others think.Look, i really do
like you." I finished.
Kaitlyns POV
"really?" i asked. Kaiden opened his mouth and then
closed it really fast. He sighed. "No Kait, i dont like
you" his voice was calm. I was shocked at what i had heard.
Tears started to come and i didnt try to hide them. "THEN WHY
WOULD YOU SAY THAT CRAP!" i screamed at him, turning to walk
away. But, he grabbed my wrist and turned me towards him. He whiped
my tears away and said "i dont like you Kaitlyn...I think i
love you" I smiled, and looked at his bright eyes. Even though
it was getting dark, his eyes lit up around us. Next thing i knew
he kissed me. It sent fireworks off, and electricity through my
body.Not a make-out session but a kiss. A
sweet, wonderful, magical kiss.
