tell him how much you care and love him and that hurting him self only makes the problem worse not better and that it could take his life for a tepmary problem and that there is always light at the end of every tonll<-spell check and that if he doesnt believe that then show him how much complete strangers have commented to help you out to help him out and just let him now people all around the world care about him even if we dont know him

Tell him that you care about him. "The deeper you cut the more i hurt, the more you cut it only gets worse" This is gonna sound really bad but it worked for me and a friend. Sometimes you have to threaten to cut if he does. If he cares about you he probably wouldnt because he doesn't want you to hurt yourself. Also mention that it's just gonna get worse and eventually it won't do anything for him besides leave scars.

Tell him you love him
Then tell him how he would feel if you were hurting yourself. Turn the tables around and if he cares about you he'll stop for your sake.
