Forever
Alone.
Chapter 1:
I
quickly rushed to my car. I couldnt take it anymore. Being bullied
everyday was too much. I looked down at my wrists. Covered in
scars. I quickly drove back to my house. The only place left that
wasnt depressing in my life. As soon as i walked in I smelled
my mothers Lilac And Vanilla Candles. I grab an apple and
shuffle up to my room to do my homework. I peeked down in my
kitchen and looked at the knife "No. Not again" I
thought. I have to stop putting myself in misery. Im tired of being
bullied, tired, and worthless. But what Im really tired of feeling
forever alone. My mother knocked and slowly peeked in.
"Hayden, Its dinner time. Come down when your ready."
I went downstairs and had dinner with my family. I slowly
pulled myself down to the chair next to my brother Pj. He had dark
hair and bright blue eyes. Everyone in his grade loved him. He
played football and went through 2 or 3 girlfriends per week. The
table was so quiet you could hear a pin drop on the ground. My
mother finally broke the silence. "Hayden. Homecoming is
coming up soon, and I wanted to know if you were going." I
quietly mumbled "Probably not." Pj smirked and said
"Why would she go? Its not like she's like
Piper." Piper was the prettiest girl in my grade.
Everyone always talked about how great she is. If you ask me,
giving yourself up on a guys matress isnt exactly an
accomplishment. I finally had it. I stood up pushed my chair
in and went to my room. Everyone picked on me. Even Pj. I just want
it all to end. I walked out the door to the diner down the street
and ordered dinner there. There was no way I was gonna listen to my
own brother mock me. I was looking into my menu when I felt a
light bump on the shoulder. Piper and her latest boyfriend Logan
stumbled in and sat down in a booth. I just ignored it and ordered
a plate of spagetti. I slowly ate it left a tip and got up. Logan
barely looked at me. All he cared about was a girls looks. I
just nearly walked out the door when he called my name. I quickly
turned and he said "Hey. Your going to homecoming right?"
I perked up a bit "Probably not , why?" He quickly
replied "Oh well we needed someone to count the ballots for
king and queen." I rolled my eyes and walked out. Again. I
looked around. All these people and I was still forever
alone.
