I ran and ran and ran as fast as I could.
Is this the end for me?
I finally stopped when I reached an alley. I held my breath and quickly let it out.
I felt like I've been running for days. But I haven't. I quicklyturned behind me.
Where am I?
"There you are," I heard a voice come from somewhere.
I twirled around. Who was that?
I could hear that person's footsteps. It's coming closer, I thought.
