hey so idk if this will work for you but a great way to relieve stress and anger is to run! i absolutely hate running and cant run for more than like 1 minute tops but whenever im angry i go outside and run/jog,, it works every time. oh and please try your best to accept yourself as beautiful im 5'6 and 150 pounds i know im overweight but i try to deal with it as much as i can you dont know how lucky you are to be so little! just stay possitive and if you need someone to talk to just leave a comment on my profiile <3 hope this helped! 0reply
