I used to be one of those people who were annoyed by the fact that the same people were on top quotes over and over again. You know who I'm talking about. Not anymore though, and here's why.
MOST (admittedly, not all) people on there are there for a good reason. Their quotes are good, and even though the followers help, they also earned those followers through their amazing effort.
Not that I'm saying everyone that has good quotes are on top quotes. Personally, I think people should spend more time on new quotes than top, just to look for hidden gems. 
(Uh, by the way. Normally I use formats, but I'm way too lazy to use one now.)
