I need
something to do to distract myself.
I need to stop eating. The more I
eat, the more I regret it. The more I regret
it, the more I try to lose that weight. When I
don't see results, I stress out. When I get stressed I just
eat more. It's getting to the point where I would do anything
to lose weight. I can't stop. It's affecting everything I
do. I need help.
