DURING A CONVERSATION WITH SIR WINSTON
CHURCHILL A RATHER DISAPPROVING LADY SAID TO HIM
" IF I WERE YOUR WIFE I WOULD PUT POISON IN YOUR TEA
"
WITHOUT A PAUSE FOR THOUGHT WINSTON WITTILY REPLIED
" YES AND IF I WERE YOUR HUSBAND I WOULD DRINK IT
"

OMG my history teacher told us another one of these:
Churchill was drunk at a party, and a woman came up to him and said, "Sir! You're drunk!" and he replied, "I may be drunk now, but tomorrow morning I'll be sober and you'll still be as ugly as ever!"
lololol
