i woke up in a hospital surrounded by
my mom, stepdad, and connor."w-what happend" i said as i
sat up and was rubbing my forhead.. then i noticed my arm was
stiched up were all my cuts were. I started freaking out. "no
no no no no no no no no no no no no no" i kept saing. "NO
NO NO" i started screaming. my family cant know i do this to
myself, noooo. then connor took my parents out into the hall and
said something to them. they nodded and went to the waiting room.
Connor came back into my room and said "excuse me nurse?"
"yes?" the nurse replied. "can i have a moment alone
with my best friend kristen? please?" he asked giing her
puppydog eyes. "okay sure.. 5 minutes only though. then the
doctor would like to see her" she warned. "thanks so
much" he said as we watched the nurse leave the room and close
the door. "hey kris" he said as he kissed my forhead.
"hey what happend do they know?" i said. "no i told
them we were outside playing in the rain and you fell on a sharp
rock , youre wrist , and hit youre head.." he said. Then he
grinned "they totally bought it" "thank you thank
you thank you connor!" i said and i started crying "you
have no idea how much you mean to me, and the fact that you lied to
them to protect me its overwelming, im sorry i wasnt that good of a
friend and i kept secrets from you bu-" he cut me off.. again
"kristen you did what you needed to do. its okay.. but i need
to ask you something.." he said and his face turned worried.
"what?" i said still smiling. "i need you to tell
youre parents about youre cutting and anorexia.." he said.
My smile dropped
