thats not true! whenever people who were married "did it" and were put in the stocks, the hung a sign over their head that said "." which stood for "For Unlawful Cornel Knowledge"


and that came STRAIGHT from my history teacher! I could also tell you where the middle finger came from, but thats a story for a different day! (:
