Other Side Of The
World.
Chapter
30,
After school was finished for everyone else,
I went to Eddie’s house.
I knocked on his big brown
door.
“Is Eddie in?” I asked looking at
the brown haired women stood at the door.
“He’s not back from school
yet” the women said, “You can wait in the lounge if
you want”
“Yes please” I smiled, she opened
the door more widely and I made my way through. I looked around
the room to see the floral decorations laid across the
wall.
“Can I get you anything?” she
asked, I looked at her and smiled. Her knee length black dress
went to her perfectly tanned knees and her brown hair flicked at
her shoulders with the side fringe just covering her left
eyebrow.
“No thank you” I said flashing a
smile.
After a while Eddie came through the door
with the blonde girl.
I guess I didn’t get there in
time.
“Uh hi” Eddie said looking at me
then at the blonde girl.
“Hi” I said trying to give out a
smile but it didn’t work with the blonde girl
there.
“Charlotte is it alright if you stay
down here” Eddie said rubbing his head.
“Why?” she whined, I rolled my
eyes and stood up.
“I’ve just got to have a word
with Evie” he smiled kissing Charlotte on the cheek; I made
a funny face and followed him to his basement.
“Why are you here?” he said
folding his arms.
“That’s not very welcoming to
your guest” I said in an evil way.
“Look what you said earlier”
Eddie said flashing a look around the basement, “It hurt
me”
“I know and I’m sorry” I
said sounding upset “I didn’t mean it; I was just
upset by what people said”
“I know” Eddie said looking down,
“Do you really want me to be with
Charlotte?”
“No” I said sitting down on the
black leather sofa.
“Okay then” Eddie said smiling,
“So we have a chance?”
“I don’t know” I
shrugged.
“Well then I guess I’m better off
with Charlotte” he said heading for the
stairs.
“Wait I do like you” I said, I
remembered what mom told me, “I think we might have a
chance”
He came over kissing me on the lips and
flashed a smile.
“I knew you’d come back to
me” he said in a flirty way.
