that happened to me this year actually haha it was the strangest thing but i was terrified to talk to him and when i actually did ttalk to him i would get butterflies and now we are friends so it works out go for it!

You should talk to him. My question truly is if you like him because of who he is? or because how he acts/how he looks? These are just things to think about. Not trying to be mean or judgemental at all! just trying to give you my opinion. Sometimes there is just some sort of connection you have when you see some people, so if its that, go for it!

I think you should just talk to him. There is no harm in talking to someone? Who knows? Maybe he feels the same about you.
