chapter 2

 "Hey beautiful" Brent got up and greeted me. "Hi." I said quietly, trying not to cry." He wrapped his warm, buff arms around me, "Oh my god, i'm going to miss you sooo much," He said, his voice crackling." I looked up and i saw tears start to come down from his eyes. "Don't cry. You're going to make me cry" I said. He gave me a slight chuckle and wiped his eyes. He kissed me on my forehead and held me tighter. "I can't believe you have to go. How am i going to live without you?!" He said. "You'll manage babe." I looked down and frowned. "He pulled me up by my chin and gave me a soft kiss. "No, i'm not." He said. I tried to smile but then the tears threatned. "I'll come visit you" I quietly said. "I will too" He replied with a half smile. He bit his lip and then let go of me and asked "What time are you leaving.?" "My plane leaves at 3." I said, He looked at his phone and said "12oclock." I looked away and said "I guess i should get back at 1:30 or 2". "Yeah. So at least we have at least an hour together," He said trying to smile. He grabbed my hand and took me to go get ice cream. 

After that my dad called me and told me to get home, "Sorry, but i have to go." I told Brent," "But, it's only 1." He said sadly. "Yeah, but my dad wants to spend some times with me before I go..." I replied. I got up and gave him a long hug. "I love you so much" I whispered. "I love you too." He answered. I gave him a kiss and slowly walked out of the ice cream shop doors. I didn't dare to look back. I knew that it would hurt too much.
