I opened my eyes and looked out of the window; the sky
was a peachy red colour, it looked like the sky was on
fire. I sighed before looking to my side. Nobody was sat
next to me, I was alone.
By myself.
I dug into my bag and slipped out my laptop; what time was it now? I’d left at around 10:15, now it was 11:45. I was nearly in Sheffield, nearly at my new start. I sighed, rubbing me eyes; I was so tired, I’d used up all my energy running around with a duffel bag full of my wardrobe.
The laptop bleeped as I opened Google and searched ‘Shefton Camp School,’
I hadn’t really looked at the website; I’d just sent an email telling them that a new student would be arriving, pretending to be my dad.
Shefton Camp School is a boarding school located on the outskirts of Sheffield. The Founder, Sir Benjamin Dunsford, believed that education should fit the child, not vice versa. The Current Head, Mrs. Jessica Dunsford, has had to defend the school from Ofsted who thinks that Shefton Camp is not a school and that children should not be sent there.
