Starving
myself...
for
the past week. I've been starving myself.
I go to school and don't eat lunch. Then when i get home
I hear my stomach yell. But it doesn't bother me,
as much as the talks do.
"Ewh youre so fat"
"No one likes you, go away"
"Youre ugly thats why no one likes you."
My parents will ask me if i eat lunch
I tell them yes. then at dinner I'll eat a few
bites. then say im still full from lunch. which i never
had. My bed time my stomach is crying.
Hush i say.
Its only today.
But in reality i wake up the next day.
And do it all over again.

Don't do that. It's not healthy. Trust me, I stopped eating at lunch because I thought I was too fat too...but I'm eating again because my mother told me too. And she's only doing that because she cares about me. I'm telling you to eat because I care about you. You're going to get sick or develop an eating disorder if you don't eat. Who cares if your not bone skinny? Some people don't find that attractive. You're perfect just the way you are. Wake up in the morning. Look straight in the mirror and say "I'm gorgeous." because you are. You're perfect. No one can change that.
