So…basically, I tried to kill myself the other day by cutting really deep. I was so close but stopped bleeding and never bled out. (sadly) I have been wearing long sleeves ever since. My best friend was the only one to notice and ask about it (because she knows I HATE long sleeves) She convinced me to wear a t-shirt today. I did, and I put band aids all over every single cut on my arm from that night. Some people hugged me and told me cutting is the worst thing to do and solves nothing and just because someone else hates me, doesn’t mean I am not loved by many.
Then this group of girls, laughed in my face. “Nicole stop trying to get attention. Everyone knows you did it so people feel bad for you since you have no friends or life.” I grabbed the hall pass, left the room, and sat in the bathroom stall, scratching at my skin, trying to cut myself. And I did.
The people who DROVE me to this point (not the girls surprisingly) saw the cuts and laughed. They told me I am so immature and stupid. I told them if they stopped teasing me I wouldn’t have WANTED to kill myself. Then I told the principal what they say to me, and they denied every word of it. And the principal believes them. Not me. :C Life sucks

i can say this bc i used to cut. and im here to tell you, cutting is from lack of attention, frustration, and emotional abuse as well as it can be from physical. it's also from lack of confidence. here's a piece of advice from someone who knows what it's like: DONT WORRY ABOUT WHAT ANYONE SAYS ABOUT YOU, YOU ARE HERE ON THIS PLANET FOR A REASON, WETHERE YOU KNOW THAT REASON OR NOT YET DOESNT MATTER. believe in ur self and what anyone else says or does to you wont matter. em all. stick to the people that love you.
