Sticks and Stones will Break my Bones.....Part 1
 
The pain. The noise. The people. The yelling. The screaming. I couldn't take it anymore!

I woke up in cold  sweat and tears. A nightmare. The same nightmare that I had been having over and over again, yet I didn't know why.

Everyone thought I had the perfect life, but they were wrong. No one bothered to look past the mascara and fake smile. It just didn't occur to them that there was something wrong. Oh no, not beautiful, kind, cool Allison. Yea, I wish.

It all started with Whitney. I thought she was nice when she moved across the street from my house, but I guess you can't judge a book by its cover. I should know.

I walked across to greet her. "Hi, I'm Allison, and you are?" I asked.

She spun around and smiled. She was pretty. She was about my height, 5'7", had long blonde hair and big blue eyes, not a zit in sight. "Hi! I'm Whitney. I just moved in, well obviously!"

I smiled too, "Yup! I just wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood," I looked at all of the boxes scattered around her yard. "Hey," I began, "Are you going to our High School?" It was just a question, I wanted to know.

"Yup! I'm a junior, and I can't wait to start school tomorrow!"

"Hey, I'm a junior too!" We laughed, talked more, then finally said our good-byes. I went back home. It seemed like we were going to be very good friends. Little did I know that what trouble she was about to cause me was trouble I could never heal from.
