A
girl with a hump
on her back Sat Alone As tears fell from her face,
A
child so small and Lonely in such a large place,
as
people walked back and
forth, no one seemed
to care,
for the
girl with a hump
on her back
with messy blond hair,
I saw
her every day for a week In
the same place
she would
wait,
For
someone to come To her who
Was Really late,
everyday for a week, i saw the girl who even sat in the rain,
and everyday for that week
it brought my heart
pain,
one
day i couldn't take it
to watch others pass her by,
so i
walked right
up to her, Sat down, and happily said
hi,
she
looked up at me, saw that i had sat down by her side,
so i looked deep into those bright blue tear filled eyes,
i
wiped the tears from her
face, and Put her in my
jacket,
from that face that was once sad, ran a smile across it,
we
talked for hours and sat
there forever in our very seats,
until
the side walks were empty and silence Came from the streets,
before I could Leave Until Tomorrow, the young girl grabbed onto my
hand,
i
turned around and was surprised that the girl with
the hump got up to
stand,
she
Got up from her seat and looked up so that she could say,
"I've sat here for a week and
have seen you walk by
everyday"
"while others could not see me,
you always looked my
way"
"I've been waiting here
for you,
for you see i have been sent"
"by a man who watches over
you, where ever
you have
went"
and
from her hump flew out a
pair of white
wings So I fell
down On My knees,
for
the reason no one helped her, was because no one else could see,
"God is everywhere and place,
and hates to see
peoples Cruel
blindness"
"But today you have shown him, that his children do have Sight and kindness"
so a
flash of light came And Went and the angel said good bye,
i was
Then alone and
confused on the side
walk where i
lied,
from that
day i learned a lesson
and we ALL should Learn and
start,
WE SHOULD NOT LOOK AT PEOPLE WITH
OUR EYES,
BUT LOOK AT THEM THROUGH OUR HEARTS
