I'm so sorry you feel that way! I think everyone knows how that feels. All you've got to do is pick yourself up and move on. I've had many close friends, and they've been drawn away from me over time. What you need to do is find a new best friend. I'm sure there are many people you don't know that have a lot in common with you. Last year I made friends with a girl named Sonya, and now we're best friends. I get sad when she's not at school, and I'm always worried about her when she's sick. Just do whatever you think is best, and if you want to continue being friends with her, just confront her. That's the best thing to do. Hopefully she'll understand if she's a true friend, and if she doesn't - just move on. It's not very hard.
