Chapter Thirteen
Part 2




Cindy's P.O.V

 I was so excited, and proud of myself that I thought of this by myself. I could make money, and have fun at the same time. Win win for Cindy! I was so excited, I couldn't wait, so I threw on the jean shorts and started my search for a strip club. After a hour walking, I still didn't get any luck. But I did get some nasty looks from people, but I really didn't care. They have their ways of making money, and I have mine. I searched for a little longer, and thanked my lucky stars when I finally found one. I was about 25 blocks from my "house," but this would be worth it. I stepped inside, and everyone had their eyes on me. I did a little smirk, and asked for the manager. A guy, no older then 40, stepped up.
"That would be me, my names John. Nice to meet you." he held out his hand to shake mine, but his eyes were fully focused on my chest.
I smiled, and shook his hand. "Hi, my names Cindy, and I was wondering if you had any jobs open for a stripper or a pole dancer."
His smile turned into a frown, "Sorry, but we actually don't-"
"John! Come here for a sec.." Another guy said, he told me he'd be right back and walked over. I leaned up against the bar and overheard them talking.
"What's up?"
"Are you f**king stupid! Hire her!"
"But we don't need anymore dancers!"
"Dude, look at her! She's sexy from head to toe! She's 100% perfect!"
" I understand that bu-"
"Look J, drop someone else and hire her. I got a feeling about this girl, she can really put your place into business."
"... Well now that you mention it, Vanessa has been slacking."
I couldn't help but smile, I was staring at the floor, so my hair was covering my face. Soon I saw a pair of shoes in front of me, and looked up to see John.
"Okay, here's the deal. Come back around 1:30 tomorrow, and we'll see what you got. Sound good?"
I grinned, "Music to my ears."
He chuckled, "Your audition is going to include lap dancing and pole dancing, be prepared."
"Yes sir." I replied with a smirk.
"See you then sexy." He took one more scan of me, and walked away with a smile.
I did the same, and walked down the street, when I was out of view from the club, I took a running start and did a leap of happiness, "YES!" I twirled around like a idiot on the way back to my home, giggling to myself in joy. People stared, but I couldn't care less.
Nothing could ruin this day.

Soooo just wanted to let you know that Hurricane Irene is gone for good, and everything's ok! :D The power's still playing the on and off game tho, but currently it's on, so let's hope it stays like that!
