THIS DAY...
CHAPTER   2:

When I got downstairs, mom was walking out the door and Josh wasn't even up yet. Typical. Josh is my older brother. He's one year older and we did everything together. People think we are twins but we aren't. It's so annoying because we don't look anything alike and we get asked it constantly.

Thump, thump, thump! Josh was up. "Abby toss me a Monster!"

"That's impossible! You took the last one yesterday to track practice and didn't buy any more." I told him. Then he was behind me making his famous puppy face. Which means he wants me to give him money for one. "No not happening! I gave you money last time and you still haven't paid me back. No!" I screamed.

"But Abbs I love you." Josh pleaded.

"I don't care! You still owe me money. You're up to twenty bucks in debt now! No!" I yelled. Sometimes I feel like i'm the older sibling.

"Fine. Do you need are ride to school?" he asked.

"No Chad's mom is picking me up. Go before you're late." I said.

"Okay bye." Josh said sounding a little sad. I felt bad I wanted to give him the money but I needed it for my shopping trip with Chad and our friends.

I heard Josh leave and ate my Pop-tarts that mom had made me like she does everyday. She knows me so well! "Beep Beep!!!" Chad's mom was here.

What a great way to start the day...
