yes it does... on the side of you're profile it shows who you interact with the most.

But it doesnt show how many times someone views your profile... And that makes no sense because some of the people on the side.. I never have talked to... so I think you are wrong. Its not like you get a notification saying "blahblahblah viewed your profile".
