Chapter 3
Dereks p.o.v
We walked the crowded halls in awkward silence. Until i finally built up the courage to say "You have the most beautiful green eyes i have ever seen"
"Awwwh thank you" She said.
She turned her head in the opposite direction. I leaned towards her and could tell she was slightly blushing.
When we finally got to Ms.Petersons room i opened the door for her and she gave me a smile that made me melt inside. I sat behind her when class started.
I had no idea what Ms.Peterson was saying, i was to busy starring in skylars direction.
I looked up at the clock to realize we only had 4 minutes until class was over. I thought to myself that i might start to really like skylar so i took the pad of sticky notes out of my binder and wrote my number on it. Under it i wrote text me later tonight? I have to ask you something(:
I passed the note to her. I waited until she turned around and smiled and gave me a thumbs up. 

The rest of the day dreaded on. I had no more classes with Skylar which made the whole day a nightmare. 
I jumped right out of my seat when the last bell rang.
I went to my locker which was close to skylar's.
I grabbed my backpack and gave skylar a smile and left.
I would have went and talked to her but i needed to find Peyton. Peyton is my twin brother. 
I couldn't find him so i just started walking by myself. I was half way home until i felt a hand jump on my back. I turned around and saw Peyton. 
"What the hell,bro?!
You were supposed to wait for me!"
He said
"Well i got impatient. Why were you late anyways?
"Cause i got a date with Rosie!"
"Nice bro,how did you swing that one?"
"I asked her to the bonfire tonight. You didn't forget about that right?"
he said.
"Nope. I was actually gonna ask this girl Skylar."
"Oh i know her! She's in my a.p. spanish class! Good luck trying to get her! She's out of your league!
"How?!" I shouted
"Hm i don't know. She's just so pretty and you're well so you!"
"Wow well thanks for brining my confidence up!"
I rolled my eyes and kept walking.
